Proroguing of Parliament agreed by the Queen – Borris counteracts the opposition trying to stop the democratic vote of the people

Boris Johnson has reset Parliament, this means there will be a queens speech in a few weeks where she will announce a new government’s order of business.
This is within his rights and is not unusual for a new government to do.
Hopefully this will send a strong message to Brussels, already there has been mutters of shock. A spokesman for the EU said that ‘We will have to look at all options to help have an orderly BREXIT’. This could mean they are now going to reopen the withdrawal agreement and possibly deal with the backstop once and for all.
